Part of the humor of the segment is that the speech is so choppy, it could not possibly be real. There is nothing new about this gag. They have been doing it for years. More folks need to go get themselves a sense of humor, as we heard William Shatner on the show yesterday. They chopped his book reading up and played it for him on the show. He was laughing hysterically. You are an idiot.
