		<description>The Texas AG has done a great job of enforcing data protection requirements by businesses in Texas.  

It's hard to believe that a business would actually put personally identifying information in a dumpster without destroying the data first.

I hope that consumers will consider data protection practices of a business before doing business with them.  I would not use a business that dumped customer data in the garbage.
