My mom is a regular customer at that particular Tim Horton's, and told me the story of this woman getting fired before I saw it in any newspapers or online and said "Good riddance. She was always rude and had a terrible attitude, they should have fired her a long time ago". The part about the story that no one knows, because apparently Tim Horton’s isn’t allowed to tell their side of the story, is that woman was a terrible employee anyway, and they were probably just looking for an excuse to fire her.

What is really pathetic is that they throw out the unsold donuts at the end of each day. If they truely had a heart they would have an employee drive the donuts to the nearest food bank in the morning using Tim Hortons vehicles and gas. That makes more sense. Since they are not allowed to dontate and are wasting good food I think maybe I will not longer be buying my coffee at Timmies. There are other places with better hearts.
