You cant tell me that this 22 year old man didnt know that that Nick was drinking when he got in the car with him, he probably bought the alcohol! Then yes, he was in Iraq but what fool in this day and age doesn't wear a seat belt?? Especially when he knows Nick and his driving record? Nick wasn't hurt because he was wearing his, he used common sense. Why should Nick's family have to pay because this grown man did not obey the law?
