YES YES YES YES I researched other incidents of beatings and the same charges as those of the Jena 6 were levied, because you can KILL a person doing what Bell did. There have been DEATHS. There is no doubt that these 6 needed a reason to stop their criminal practices before they did kill someone. If the beaten one had of been black then the crime would have fallen into the USA Stats of black on black crime which shows that in 2005 8,000 murders were committed with 93% of them being black on black. This is what you should be doing something about , instead of trying to start a race war. I agree with the poster Jimmy Joe, and i will answer your question.

The nooses were put up on the “White kids tree”,not in “a predominantly black area”.
