Oprah is a great disappointment. I believe she knows at least some of the important issues behind the heavy criticism of scientology, therefore she has a responsibility to ask questions out loud. Helping Cruise with his PR helps to distract her viewers from the crimes his organisation perpetrates.

If she doesn´t pull away from sharing jollities with Cruise et al she will seriously compromise her career. When the scientologist ship eventually sinks under the weight of it’s own misdeeds she will not be allowed to plead ignorance.

That’s what I think too.

I’ve been watching with great concern as the likes of $cientology’s Three Stooges — Tom Cruise, John Travolta, and Kirstie Alley — have all forced themselves on Oprah, and into her famous limelight.

I hope and pray that Oprah is not so naive as to fall for their psycho sicko murderous criminal cult.

However, she IS obviously being manipulated by them at least to SOME extent…. as is evidenced by their continued appearances on her show. And the fact that she never asks them the “hard” questions (i.e. the obvious questions) about the dangerous murderous organized crime cult which they never stop promoting… in exchange for backroom movie & tv deals of their own.

Well, I believe that Cruise has forced its way to Oprah, since he’s at least a good hardseller, like many scientologists. He must have made lots of excuses, kissed her boots, and managed to get back in her show so as to keep on selling the cult he’s into.
Next steps is to try to get at the other TV show where he attacked the journalist, so as to make believe he’s such a great guy and that his dangerous cult is such a great thing.
Do we bet the cult will try to send some few people with a photograph in Birmania now, to make believe they help, while the scientology team there will only try to get contacts with journalists, officials including the totalitarian birman junt?

Cruise is after getting pardoned by his cult for all the ineptitudes he uttered about it. But he can’t do that : his intention is to get a good image for the cult, and that’ll be evident soon. Alas, his cult is as dangerous as ever before, and has still killed recently in France.

James, I try to be ‘in the center’. I was raised ‘Church of England’, I guess that makes me a Protestant, but the real deal is… I don’t give a hill of beans what your choice is!

You can Pope it. The Catholics seem to be Pope fans,and there is nothing wrong with Popes.

You can love whoever you wish.

I personally don’t get ‘Poped’ neither do I find Buddha really attractive. I might have become a Mormon, but I find one wife to be quite enough!
