This is all well and good, and about time but who passed the legislation that allowed the credit card company's to do this to begin with? Our own government! Lobbying and politicians are a bane on americans - this free for all from the credit card companys started back in the 90's - I worked in the banking sector and it use to have some of the strictest regulations - I guess those regulations only apply to the few and the rest who have tons of money to throw at politicians can do what ever they want. This has been abusive and out and out FRAUD by the credit card companys and you mean to tell me that after all these years of raping credit users they are now going to do something? Well, it's still not enough, the Fed needs to take DRASTIC steps to take these changes even FURTHUR. This corruption is rampant in all sectors which includes our Government - IT HAS TO STOP. They should ALL be prosecuted!
