That's to say, all the research,design and HSE activities in Changzhou SPL are accomplished or supervised by Parent Company SPL, which is located in Wisconsin.2 Changzhou SPL also exports blood thinners to other countries while these countries didn't report death because of Heparin. Don't jump to blame China on everything when you have problems, do some research and think about it.
