In Ocean County, NJ all i do is fight fight fight to have my daughter based on the judges visitation schedule and i still dont get to see her. If i dont pay my child support i will end up in jail. My child support is garnished now and shouldnt have to worry about non payment. "Why doesnt Fox News do a reality show based on parent alienation, and some type of enforcement motion if the custodial parent doesnt follow the judges orders." I'm over $15000 in debt with attorney fees and still nowhere. Big Deal i have a signed court order. The next time i run out of toilet paper, i'll use it. I have no problem following the order, its the custodial parent who cant. My daughter needs me and will not stop fighting for whats right. "EQUAL PARENTING TIME". Hey Fox News their is a big difference in bad dads(deadbeat dads) & dads who do the right thing. Get your story straight. If not, i'll be next in line with my lawsuit. Keeping both parents in a childs life is important to the healthy development of a sense of worth. This show is an attempt to profit from the outdated and politically incorrect notion that men do not pay their child support. If Fox was truly concerned about "Reality" they would focus on men and women who profit from family law. Family lawyers, Guardian et Litems, judges, and the child support enforcement machine that fleeces parents of money that should be spent on the children. I wouldn't want to see either one of my parents up on the screen for the whole world to see. This show will only do more damage to the broken families in our Nation. They not only are bias against fathers but cause emotinal damage to the children as well maybe even prolonging a releationship with their father in the long run. They will feel embarassment and shame.
