		<description>i do agree,family planning should be official and it should be planned in such a way that none should feelinterference in his personal life.e.g. government can ask its people to have one child upto the five years of their marriage and then another child in second five year slab.if any family follows this guide lines these children would be given free education till graduation, or likewise.</description>
