since we use natural fertilizer, and use flooding rice paddies to destroy weeds, it also produces more methane.

I think it is healthier to cook local food from scratch but we have a full time cook. In the US, with two kids and no servants, that was not an option....unless of course you want all the women to go back to being full time housewives like my mom.</description>
