As a health care marketer and a nursing home ombudsman, I see that there will be a great need for long term care facilities despite the aging in place movement. We in the states at least need to better take care of ourselves. Ranked 37th in WHO with an obese population and many chronic conditions, we are fooling ourselves to think we won't need these facilities so the ley becomes educating yourself about aging issues early so you can make informed decisions for yourself and your loved ones.
