They have license to do so as Jihad allows them to take the lives of innocents in order to ensure the success of their objective. Thee people are too cowardly to use a gun and risk their position in civil society. They want to keep their jobs working in Australia where they are free to curse and try to kill the non islamic majority. This seems to be what is happening in England, too.
