Actually, I heard the opposite in 2009. That in fact Islam is decreasing in numbers not increasing. I hear a lot of muslism are worried that less of it’s people are attending their Mosques and most prefer the western lifestyle and freedom. Further many Muslims do not practice thier faith stated on TV. Many more Muslims do not pray the numerous times a day they should, nor eat their blessed meat perferring to just go to a western shop to get it, many more rather party with men and women together than be segregated. Moreover many Muslims secretly convert away from their faith and out of fear decide due to being harmed to remain secretive because of family and religious Islamic backlash. Thus, even on census Muslim people who have converted or do not practice do not fill out these forms honestly. Lastly their are Muslims that a genuinely curious about other faiths whom were denied access to religious texts as the Bible are reading them and trying to make sense of it in their own time.

I believe the reason the Catholic Church is losing it membership in the West because all demoninations are decreasing. Baptist included. People in the west even the faithful are growing tired of Controlling church and leadership. I see so many mega churches in the US with huge growing congregations and no demominations to dictate to the followers. I attend such a church were droves of people “Used to be Catholic” But now have a hungry to know the bible and God for themselves and not have things thrown to them from leadership on high. The scandals in the church didn’t help either. In the Christian USA family is everything not allowing priest to marry is also hurting the church.

In todays’s world, Islam is not a thread to Catholics. The reason Muslims overcomming the Catholics is that there is a tremendeous decrease in Catholics. Many Catholics are getting converted to other christian divisons mainly Baptist Church. Where some are forced to accept the change because of better economic benifts like jobs, visa to US etc. Catholics can preserve their sheeps but education them of danger of other Christian divisions

In fact the Protestants were once upon a time Romans only, but they are a break away sect that reduced the numerical strength of Catholics, via Martin Luther. So the catholics should better focus on getting their lost sheep back

Instead of converting Muslims the Pope should better focus on Protestants , because they are closer to Church than the Muslims. The Muslims will never accept Jesus as GOD because he was human, born, cried, circumcised, and troubled. These are not the qualities of GOD.
