		<description>The price of traditional passports is being kept artificially high because they really don't want you to get them - they would much rather you get an "enhanced drivers license" instead, which is a state drivers license with a RFID chip in that can be used as a passport.  This effectively outsources a lot of the passport demand that they were responsible for creating, while also meeting one of the initial goals of REAL ID, which was to created RFID chipped drivers licenses.</description>
