I hope you are forwarding your conclusions also to Messrs. Stupak and Dingell! But I do think they probably understand this already.
It will be worth while to watch the webcast of the hearing in the Congress on coming Tuesday the 15th.

Please note that, seen in a broader perspective, executing large numbers of on site inspections - and yes, including a strong focus on possible fraud and counterfeiting plus including a Chinese speaking inspector) - do have a strong deterrent effect. But in this case inspections would most probably not have prevented this heparin catastrophe of which the total health impact worldwide will only become clear step by step, if at all.</description>
