		<description>I beleive we and the banks need to evaluate every piece of property and if it is affordable for that family, if not have them move to a property that is suitable for them and afforable, useing the swapping method, so give the family a home to accomodate their needs and income , so they can breath and live
with less pressure on the owners and the lenders..what do you think? would that kind of system work for everyone and it would be very fair. we teach our children to share and be fair with each other, is this the kind of roll models we want in our society YES!!!! thank you Dodie-Ann Adams (Pre-School Teacher)</description>
