As you know that the People in J&K in 1987 rasied agains Govt of India..So, thus kind of policy makes people to take arms in hand.. same thing is happening in Nagaland. As you know that there was hardly any news reported any other Major newspares other than Telegraph and Hindu.. So, Times of India is leader in making money but the reals leader.
