Sinclair Federal Law Suit To Be Dismissed

In late fall of 2007 Lawrence Sinclair approached campaign officials of the Sen.Barack Obama campaign, and told them a very disturbing story. Rob Allen of the Sen. Obama campaign stated. After the meeting had concluded the campaign officials ruled it off, as “just someone trying to make a buck.”
The following week they received a phone call, from a man claiming to represent Mr. Sinclair, and demanding $100,000.00 as restitution for his client.

Lawrence Sinclair has filed a federal suit against Barack Obama and others for harassment since the gay man released his video on YouTube.com, a internet web-site for viewing homemade videos, alleging that, the Senator from Illinois and Mr.Sinclair shared oral sex and cocaine in the back of a Mr. Sinclair’s limo in Gurnee, IL in 1999.

The Post has learned that presiding Judge Donald Wilson is dismissing the case, due to credibility on Mr.Sinclair. Stating that the complainant has an extensive record of mischievous conduct. Further more such allegations warrant sound credible standards, which are not found in matters included in this suit.

Lawrence Sinclair was convicted of “fraud” two times and investigated eight times over 25 years, for trying to secure money for “black male” charges. Two of the defendants were political figures in Illinois and Indiana. Mr.Sinclair also has an extensive record of drug convictions. The Washington Post has learned.”

That’s all I’ve heard for the last month, that more evidence is to come out. But it never does. He’s not giving the name of the limo driver, the one person who could account for his story. You know why? Because there is NO limo driver. This whole story is a joke. Don’t talk about evidence unless you truly have some.

For one things readers, the polyograph given by Ed Gelb PhD was a fraud in it’s report by a “doctor” whose PhD was bought at a diploma mill. Second the Washington Post report is also a fake. If you go to their website and search you will not find anything about this story. These two stories are from Obama loyalists who are trying to lie and debunk this sensational story. Is this Obama clown for real….how can you say you want to be the President of the United States and expect to get the white votes with the above beliefs? Items 1,4,5,7,8 are fine…however, ostensibly there is one MAJOR thing missing in the 12 statements above…..Nowhere have they mentioned Christ it seems as though Obama feels his skin color is more important.

I am a political moderate with great admiration for Senators McCain, Obama, and Clinton. This Sinclair silliness is finally over, it never had the credibility to make the mainstream media. He’s just one more quack starving for attention and the money that comes with it. The end.

If Republicans had any proof of the Sinclair garbage or any other major Obama scandal, they would have dropped it already. With Obama consistently outpolling McCain from the beginning, there’s no way they would have let this story sit unused while the Illinois Senator pulled further and further ahead of Clinton in the race for the nomination. These same Republicans you worry may be saving evidence have had no problems screaming “Pastor Jeremiah Wright!” at every turn, urging their constituents to cross over and vote for Clinton in the primaries, and likening Obama to Nazi appeasers in the late 1930s. Why would they wait when they could torpedo him at any time and leave the Dems with no good candidate before they ever even pick one (Hillary having already alienated 90% of black voters)? There’s no strategic advantage to such a tactic. Moreover, if the Republicans could find proof, so could the Clinton campaign, and there is NO WAY Hills would sit on it with her chances hanging by a microscopic thread!

You’re right. The Republicans have not been shy about attacking Obama. Some might say they are waiting to turn up the heat when Obama wins the nomination. But what about Hillary? She is desperate to win. If there were any merit to Larry’s story someone in her campaign would help it get covered. The fact is that no credible journalist would run a story this scandalous without proof. It hasn’t been covered in the mainstream media because there’s no proof. The media thrives on controversial stories they don’t suppress them. But bad journalism can hurt a company’s reputation so they can’t be too careless.

The NY times came under fire for the McCain lobbyist affair story. Dan Rather retired over the story about Bush’s National Guard Service. If Larry had proof for his claims his story would be the latest headline on Fox News. That’s how you know he has nothing.

And if Larry were really telling the truth why doesn’t he give up the limo driver? Why would the driver, a purported friend of Obama, help him in the first place at the cost of his OWN reputation for allowing a client to purchase and use drugs in his limo? If he is going to help why does he wait for the MSM to pick up the story when HE is its best chance to be accepted? You want to know why? Because there is no limo driver. Larry made up the story. Looks like Sinclair has his story a bit mixed up:
“I was in the Chicago area from November 3, 1999 [trough] November 8, 1999 to attend the graduation of my God son from the Great Lakes Navy Training Center outside Chicago.”

Interestingly enough the Great Lakes Naval Training Center has the Pass-in-Review (graduation ceremony) in mid October! VERY INTERESTING!
