I think Law #5 (reciprocity) is the most important. I watched a presentation today called “the BIG idea” - http://www.slideshare.net/ethos3/the-big-idea - which reminded me of it. I'm not one for fiction, i'd much rather read books that will help me along with my life. This is not your typical 'story'..it's a 'story with a purpose' and is filled with so much wisdom that I'd never considered in running my business. If you really think about it, the idea that Burg/Mann share is so 'simple'.. i think we get so wrapped up in our lives trying to earn (more)money, work harder, impress people that we forget how to just 'be a person' and be there for others and help them along. I read this book in a matter of 2 hours and loved every minute of it. Congratulations to you for working this into your own life.
