My Son has been paying child support faithfully, doesn't have custody at this time. He is going to court to try and get shared legal & physical custody. He has to live at home & doesn't even have enough money left from his paycheck to pay his bills. In the meantime his ex lives basically rent free, shops frequently for herself and gets things for their daughter at a 2nd hand store. She also calls off work frequently.
