		<description>I believe the law should not be so broad. I believe that if you've lived here most of your life and your parents have paid taxes such as income tax, sales tax, and every other tax, then you should be allowed to pay in-state-tuition if you can prove it. I know so many people who were brought here by their parents, they wen from per-school to high like everyone else, their parents paid all their taxes, and then all the sudden they can not go to college.

Why should we allow undocumented people to pay in-state-tuition? THEY WILL MOST LIKELY APPLY FOR RESIDENCY BECAUSE THEY ARE 18 BY THE TIME THEY GET TO COLLEGE!!!!!!! THEREFORE THEY WOULD NOT BE UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE!!

Also it will increases competition, and only the people who truly want to go to college should.</description>
