He is in the opinion of the vast majority of those in his profession a predatory egotist who exploits others. But He is also a kind and compassion individual who attempts to help those in crises with in the context of an ego on steroids. He will sooner or later learn to control his "I am Dr Phil " or be expelled from the profession, Of course he could still call himself "Doctor" and host his T.V show but the loss of a license to practice would be devastating to his evident fragile sense of worth. In short Dr Phil needs an intervention and we should all pop over to his house some late evening with camera phones and podcast recorders at the ready and "HELP" him P.S.
