[One of the major criticisms directed against Saddam Hussein prior to our invasion of Iraq was the suffering particularly of children there under the restrictions imposed by our sanctions.  Ironically it now looks as though the Iraqi children are in as bad, if not worse, shape with our occupation of that battered country.  Read the report below and weep.  Whom do we blame now?
