"Hard-working"? Oh, so you are clearly not a union member...

What amazes me is that you have failed to leave out the best parts of this "defeat" for the two unions. The company got away seemingly scot free for hiring illegal immigrants (which is still against the law), yet some of these workers were employed with the company for more than five years. So ... hell yea, congrats to this smart management team for exploiting workers, breaking the law, advertising as a liberal company (another round of bullshit there, but whatever), and then working to do what it can to break the union organizing campaign with intimidation, harassment and then holding the checks of the workers hostage -- the very workers that were too scared to show up to work because they were told ICE were in town -- oh, how ironic that the government should show up in the middle of an organizing campaign, eh. Hey, great work fellas.

Here is a little more that is missing from you celebration: There were more than 100 workers that were not able to vote on union representation because they were suddenly sacked, were suspended, or as mentioned, were too afraid to show up for work. Is this a victory for this company? Are you out of your mind? This is a victory for the slugs who are running this government -- yea, another day at the office on my hard working dime.
