Here are some of our ideas of what a Real Housewife of Orange County might serve for Christmas Brunch. Of course our chances of being invited are between slim and none but one can always dream.

Let’s start the brunch out right, nice and light, with Poinsettia Champagne Cocktails.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec
Champagne
3 oz cranberry juicePREPARATION:
Chill all of the ingredients beforehand.
Pour the Cointreau and cranberry juice into a chilled Champagne flute.
Stir well.

Cheesy Crab Mini Tarts
Yield: about 40
5 egg roll wrappers
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen’s Maple Chipotle Mustard or Rothchild’s Anna Mac’s Smokey Mustard or Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
8 ounces crabmeat, canned or frozen
1/4 cup minced green onions
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
