Dr. Ron Paul is not only a Christian, but he has been consistently pro-life and pro-homeschooling over 10 terms as a Republican Congressman. Mike Huckabee has rallied for "No Child Left Behind" as well as supporting legislation for younger compulsory schooling ages in his own state. Yuck! More and more homeschooling families are leaving the Huckabee camp (he has also lied about his education, claiming to have a theology degree and then admitting he had none -- integrity, anyone?) and there is a surge of new support for the HONEST candidate, Dr. Ron Paul. If you do your research, there is really no comparison. Homeschool families are encouraged to contact HSLDA and let them know they have been too quick to endorse the wrong candidate.
