I do not want to pay union dues. Since they are not deducted from my paycheck by my employer, so far I have not. Union reps, being all powerful and full of themselves, harassed us new workers at my previous employer. I hate the union and don't want to belong. i wish there was an employer in my area who was non-union, but there is not. I feel I have a right to work and not be forced to pay people who just harass me and work against me. My union does not represent me, in fact, they represent longer term employees at my expense.
