For example, I do not consider myself nor anyone in my family a "simpleton" as you say, and the faith of our leaders is extremely important to us. My family, by the way, is comprised of doctors and public university profs, not what you may consider "backwoods". Not everyone in the church is blindly lead by the paster, perhaps some are, but let's be fair, we are NOT mindless sheep. And I personally believe Gov. Huckabee does a wonderful job with public critisism. Remember, as our nation turns its back on God so He will turn His back on us. I fear for our future, and must constantly remember that we are the salt and the light of this dark world, spun and contorted in pervese "justification" of itself.
