I would prefer to not have the SCOTUS involved in this case. There has been great work at the grassroots level (lawsuits thrown out, Castle Doctrine, concealed carry). These genies in black will come up with some tortured decision, and add more confusion, not less. I have trouble being an optimist on this one.
