In an America where someone sues when they spill coffee in their own lap, it was only a matter of time.
Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman will be the target of a lawsuit by his son Tucker’s girlfriend, Monique Shinnery. She said she plans on filing soon.

The victim of Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman’s racist rant announced today that she plans to sue him.
Monique Shinnery, who was repeatedly called “n—-r” by Chapman on tape told The National ENQUIRER: “I’m going to sue Dog Chapman.”
Chapman not only subjected her to racist slurs, but he also attacked her character in subsequent TV interviews, even though he had never met or spoken to her.
His public attacks on her character pushed Monique over the edge.
As he attempts to save his TV show, Chapman has appeared on two national TV shows offering tearful - and at times bizarre apologies - for using racist slurs. But he has continued to damage Monique’s reputation while trying to dig himself out of trouble, she told The National ENQUIRER.
“I want justice,” Monique told The National ENQUIRER. “He has slandered me, stated that I have bad character and repeatedly lied about me on national television. If I’m ever going to hold my head up in public again, I need to stand up for what is right.”

This entire thing has been a money stunt by the guy and his wife. Dog was wrong to speak as he did, but his son and his son’s wife have no integrity whatsoever.
Who freakin cares! If Dog doesn’t say it then someone else will instead. This nation has issues! Black groups and black society need to let go of the past. Like they know anything of the era other than the books they read and ohhhhhh….yeah…. I’m sorry the movies and television are most likely the main source of info. Gosh, black folks are so mistreated today!!!!!
The people on the bottom always blame the people on the top for all their problems and misfortunes. Black groups are making themselves look pathetic by targeting minor issues. Imus was a target. The girl speaking for the team that next day live was laughing cause she didn’t care and none of the others wanted to speak. I wonder why? Well, maybe they really didn’t give a sh**. They were led to that situation by black groups and I am sure they got money out of it too in the end.

Wow, this has just gone overboard. I forgive Dog. He was wrong he knows he was wrong and I feel he truly feels it. I am from an asian family and we have encountered slurs all our lives and I am half american. However, we don’t get a month reserved for us! The oppression that the black people faced was years and ancestors ago! Slavery has long been gone and yet we still act as if black people are oppressed. Tuckers girlfriend is suing Dog for a private conversation that he own boyfriend published. He published the tape with the slanderous words toward her. Granted Dog is wrong for what he said but I will say this, a long time ago when I was a kid my mom was driving and got cut off in a parking lot. The woman yelled out the window God D&%%$ Chi** open your eyes. So my mom replied under her breath the N word. My mom was not a racist but, she was angry and knew that word gets under the skin of a black person. My mom is in heaven now God rest her soul and she was a born again christian, it slipped and in no way did she mean it to all black people alike. I don’t know I just don’t get it. I don’t use that word it’s not in my vocab, therefore it won’t be in my childrens(hopefully pending they don’t hear it from a peer) vocab but I have had dear friends call me the Ch word as kids when we were fighting knowing that it really bothers me. 20 years later I am still friends with them to this day.
This is such bs. Dog has helped so many people, in addition to helping clean the streets of criminals. Yeah what he said was messed up but saying the “n” word twice and he is a racist. I think that he was looking out for his son and got kicked in the butt for it. Now the woman is going to sue him! FOR WHAT!!!! Well then I guess the next time I watch Carlos Mencia and hear him call any white person a honky or cracker I guess I’ll sue him. Now wonder Dog didn’t like his son’s girlfriend. I bet she planned it right from the start. I hope that girl gets what is coming to her one day. What comes around goes around. Shame a public figure that has received awards from the State of Hawaii, and for what money. I guess money is the root of all evil. Stay up Dog and the rest of the crew. There are alot of people out here that still love and still beleive in you!
I saw it coming. The son and the girlfriend set Dog up. I sure hope Dog and the rest of the family turn around and sue her. She needs to be put in her place. Slander is only Slander if it is not true honey. We as the people can all see that you are not a very good person and you planned to extort money from this family all along. Dog and his family have many people on their side and we pray for the Chapmans that they can get through this and once again save Hawaii from all the ice heads or can we not call them that anymore???? What ever, sticks and stones can break my bones but names can never hurt me. Remember that people.

Dog needs to stop treating his kids like crap. I like the show and don’t want to see it canceled, but I do get sick of the lack of discernment on the part of both Dog and Beth when it comes to Leland, Tim, the nephew, and now Tucker about how they might feel about some basic respect violations. Dog and Beth appear to be oblivious about the way they act, and this latest faux paux is just an extension of that.
DOG IS NOT RACIST. Are most people blind and hard of hearing too? Apparently, so since most have not heard or seen: ITS NOT BECAUASE SHE’S BLACK and also if Lyysa braught home a “N”=rat then F you too.
I am totally on the Dogs side about this issus. I feel that what is said in private should stay in private. The Dog has a right to privacy like anyone else. I think that Tucker & girlfriend are just out for money. Which makes me sick!! Dog has helped so many people & his great work should keep going. I want Dogs show to come back on tv. I LOVE Dog & his family & I hope nothing but the best for all of them. I will be praying for them.

The Dog makes mistakes just like everyone does. I feel like this thing with Trevor was a set up. The Dog has turned his life around for the better. I feel that this is just bs. Dog is only getting hell because of his fame. I feel very strong that the Dog should get his show back & not be sued. I will always route for the Dog!
I am very angry about the way Dogs son treated him! All Treaver & his girlfriend care about is money. Thr Dog is a great man & has done a great deal of good so many people. Dog should not be sued!! Dogs show should be put back on thr air! I feel Dog does not deserve all of this stuff.
