As usual, you held financially and emotionally hostage by the unfunded mandates of the governments, which appear to be operating with the purpose of making children more sexually available. The intent was to point out that if a child in on birth control pills and the possibility of a pregnancy is mostly eliminated, the individual might feel free to have frequent sexual contacts, thus increasing the likelihood of contracting a sexually transmitted disease.
