I just learned, from him that he has worked 'under the table' before. He is/was terribly verbally abusive for YEARS & me, an intelligent, analytical woman tried to reason with him & fix him to no avail, finally after the 90th time he threatened me with Divorce I had enough. I filed, he goes (again) to his boss to coordinate working under the table so he can get SPOUSAL SUPPORT like our neighbor! He was hoping to win me back because he thinks I only want his money and he told me he was working under the table - I told the Judge, SHE said to get proof. Working on that now & I will be turning over the prior year proof to the state that he & his boss defrauded and most likely the IRS - now he has a wage garnishment & I won't be able to pay rent, groceries, gas to get to work or kids sports. He was NEVER a CAREGIVER for our kids & now sends them to school without lunch. My attorney said you have a court date & it will get fixed! We have a subpeona in hopes of getting the evidence. I BELIEVE CAREGIVING MEN should get support UNTIL they become employed but not MEN who are Playing the system - obviously I never married a MAN.
