They hire less than educated people, they hardly EVER answer the phone and the public ALWAYS has great difficulties getting ANYONE on the phone. Then when they DO they never get the information correct AND they take FOREVER to get ANYTHING done! How LAME is that??? If they stop and try to be an actual parent and see just how poorly the system is being ran....maybe they might want to stop paying these people to show up to work and basically do nothing but make a bad name for the program. We had a son born and was told the the mother who was on medicaid during the pregnancy would recieve a card for the new born baby with his name on it.....then 2 weeks later, we discover he wasn't covered at all! They never added him as they said they would! Now when we have tried to call for 3 days...nobody answers the phone! Now this is a 'PUBLIC SERVICE' in which the 'PUBLIC' can never get someone to even pick up a telephone! STOP hiring high school drop outs and hire someone that is educated.....hire enough people or a call center to handle the normal call volume for the region in which they serve! Is it too much to ask to have a functional system? And who is over looking this program? Another high school drop out? What a joke these people are!...And their paying them to work there!
