When will the public findly see the light. There are two typse of rights in this country, one for the minority groups and then one for the whitees
When the world understands that white males are always put more under the sport light. A black male can shoot a white male and its assault or murder depending if he dies or not, a white male can shoot a black male and the first thing that they have to prove is it a hate crime or not. No its an assault with a weapon, nothing more nothing less. The color of the skin has nothing to do with anything. The Jena 6 beat a man up to the point of being knocked out and contiue to kick and strick his head which is a attempt to do severe damage. They need to punished as such. And as for the age of the suspects, if you are 14 or older in almost any state in America, and you do a serious crime say rape or murder or arson where some one dies, or even severe assaults can be tried as an adult. They pull their time until 18 in a juvenile facility then go to adult system when 18. That is the way the law should be. It is that way because drug dealers and gangs were using under 18 age kids to do ttheir enforcement. Assaults and killings, they being under 18 would be released when they turned 21. Was that fair, was that justice no they killed womeone they need to tried for such and made to serve their punishment. Jena 6 is no different, and bell is a great example, was this his first run in with the law NO, was the boy they assaulted involved with the rope thing NOPE!!!! ANd im sorry the rope is a rope, its not a KKK mark, its not a white power thing its a rope. It brings back bad thoughts they say well thats BS. What about the tatoos of BLACK PANTHERS, on arms of these thugs that call themselfs ganstas, or the music that you can hear for blocks away, that says everything from kill the cops to bang your mother and rape the women to shoot the snitches yor are killing yourselfs by the hundreds but its the white man that is doing it, never mind that your own people will watch the madness but never say who did it or even call a crime help line to help the police find the murderer, its left to street justice then a surprise when someone gets killed for the other boys death. in case you have not figured out I’m cop and i’m tired of telling mothers their sons are dead only to find out from the same family, that they’ll take care of it. What kind of justice is that,and you wonder why older folks think of you as animals and are affraid to even walk on the same side of the street because of the jailhouse pants wearing, pack mentality people you have become. And you continue to feel you are above any law. Every one knows what is coming but are affraid to say it, the next civil war is just around the corner, the only question is it going to be white and black or hispanics and evreyone else. but it is on the way and i think we all know that, only we can change that, but are we responible enough to do that???????

The kid who was horribly beat was out later that night. You didn’t mention the fact that a black kid got beat up by a group of white kids either. What charges are they facing. You also forgot to mention that a shotgun was pointed at the black kids. Idiot.

To be honest I am sick of the treatment that the Jena 6 teenagers are undergoing due to the lack of the content of their states government. The situation is as disgusting as the floors in a whore house, and the 6 teenagers should have never been prosecuted as adults in the first place. If the Jena 6 teenagers were so wrong for standing up for what their ancestors as well as Civil Rights Activist of the mid 1950’s fought for ,then the other members of the matter that are so called victims as well as the three teenagers that hung the three nooses in the tree should be prosecuted as well. I am dumbfounded to the fact that the press is allowed access to the previous court records of those prosecuted, especially those of the Jena 6 teenagers, I believe that it is wrong to display such behavior in the spreading of people’s criminal history to the media! IT IS AN INVASION OF PRIVATCY , in my opinion who ever displays such information is just as wrong as those who are injustice ly prosecuting the 6 teenagers.

I wouldn’t place much confidence in your source. I have been to Jena 17 times since January and can tell you with confidence that the facts enumerated in the post your site are way off the mark. For instance, the only fancy car any of the families drive is a Jaguar–and that is owned by the sister of a professional football player. John Jenkins, the father of one of the Jena 6, drives an old Pontiac and Caseptla Bailey, the mother of Robert Bailey, can’t afford a car of any kind.
