		<description>Enough already with the inaccuracies.  There are only 41 tenants in the expansion and all of them are going to be compensated better than any other resident in the City.  I am also tired of this resistance to change.  Why don't we make Harlem a museum?  Nobody is allowed to move in, only the existing residents and their families.  We'll make it a Disneyworld of sorts, charge to enter and the proceeds will go to a mismanaged fund or to keep it semi-dirty for the enjoyment of those that want to keep it that way, lovely.

Life cannot be legislated, change is inevitable and should be accepted as a fact of life and embraced.  Shed your tribal instincts</description>
