       I have been eating clean now for about 2 weeks and lifting to your DVD as well, but I cant help but be a little discouraged with all my excess skin. Please tell me that it will catch up further down the road as long as I continue with the plan. Or maybe you could offer some advise on how to speed things up a bit. (I have both the Eat-Clean Diet and the workout book with journal.) I hope to see more lifting DVDs in stores soon, It helps so so  much to be able to follow along.  So, Other than the loose skin, I feel Amazing!!! Thank You!
