Anyone who isn't a total authoritarian fool has known for years that Soros' work is a front for global capitalism - perhaps not of the greediest General Motors and Monsanto style, but certainly he is neither a socialist nor anything that comes close to it. I had the questionable honour of shaking his hand and interviewing him for a little while in 2001 - and it is obvious that he lives (like an aristocrat) in the 19th century - a patriarch and a firm believer in the free market. However, if he can actually bring down U.S greed and evil, then perhaps he is doing good things after all! What a funny thing to say:
