You are right of course that votes not being counted has been a problem but that is a separate issue that has to do with those "lowlifes who will do anything (with very few limits) to get votes" that I mentioned.

If you can't see how requiring a positive identification of each voter will reduce the number of duplicate votes and votes from people who do not have a Constitutional right to vote -- I don't know what else to say!</description>
