Every citizen must be entitled to their rights and benefits even without having to demand it every time, failing which, get their grievances redresses online from anywhere anytime by filing requests / petitions. If both fail, e-Gov has failed. We don't need institutes if they are to institutionalize failures!! Of what use this school would be, if it cannot help implement true e-Gov quickly in MP.
