...please [also] dont ignore the fact that, as observed, human rights orgs have a tendency of reporting wrongly on the human rights issue...why this is so is alarming [to me]...one fact for sure is that - no UPDF personnel would have rights violations agenda on plan, NO!

...An area ALSO worth looking into, and seriously, should be NGOs dubious interests most often...

...this should not, SHOULD NOT, prevent anyone from considering KARAMOJA's overall challenge-picture...
