It is 100% certain they are well aware of this cycle but didn`t think it wholly was responsible for the current warming. The IPCC are 90% certain that humans are signifigently responsible if not quite exclusively responsible. So are the NAS, AAAS, NASA and a whole host of other major science bodies. Avery is merely a stoogle of the fossil fuel industry. The planet's atmosphere IS WARMING! There are many things acting on the climate. They are all cumulative and it matters very little to what extent each contributes. Get your head out of the fog created by the energy giants who simply must create doubt about AGW to avoid litigation. Don't you understand that?
