		<description>Many disenchanted voters know more who they don't want in office than who they do.  The yes only ballot or poll, however, restrict their right to be able to indicate that.  A no column and the highest net yes wins would remove that 50% restriction on freedom of expression on the ballot or poll.  Why do we have to say we like parsnips to say we don't like broccoli?  A no column.  A simple addition.  A tsunami of honest information in the results not now provided by the yes only restriction.  And many, possibly a result changing many, disgusted former voters might even return to the voting booth if they could vote as they honestly feel.</description>
