The yes only ballot or poll, however, restrict their right to be able to indicate that. A no column and the highest net yes wins would remove that 50% restriction on freedom of expression on the ballot or poll. Why do we have to say we like parsnips to say we don't like broccoli? A no column. A simple addition. A tsunami of honest information in the results not now provided by the yes only restriction. And many, possibly a result changing many, disgusted former voters might even return to the voting booth if they could vote as they honestly feel.
